Reiki is an ancient healing modality traced back to Tibet around 2,500 years ago. It has also been used in Ancient China, India, and Japan. It is believed to correct energy imbalances in the body allowing for more energy flow to our natural physical, emotional, and spiritual states. Reiki is a great accompaniment to processing emotions and stress, and useful for those who cannot receive other massage therapies due to various health conditions.
