Hi! I'm Cristina Snyder! I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer for over
17 years. My own struggles with achieving wellness has inspired me to take on a continual pursuit of learning and helping others. Throughout the years I've expanded my skill set to include a degree in Exercise Science, and certifications in, Behavior Modification Specialist, Bodybuilding Specialist, Fitness and Sports Nutrition Specialist, Youth Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, Les Mills Instructor, and I'm currently pursuing Exercise Psychology, Yoga Instructor Training and soon to be a National Board Certified Health Coach. I've also expanded my massage therapy skill set to include Thai yoga massage, Advanced Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapies, Sports Massage, and more. I have a passion to walk beside others and help them discover their own unique journey to wellness through the actualization of their potential, resilience, self love, and self efficacy.
